Responsibilities
- Develop backend and/or desktop software solutions in C# using .NET and .NET Core.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs for system integration.
- Design, manage, and query relational SQL databases.
- Apply software design patterns and software engineering best practices, including MVC, Repository, and Dependency Injection.
- Use UML diagrams to model and document software architectures and application flows.
- Use Git for source-code version control.
- Optionally develop WPF interfaces and work with GIS maps, radar systems, or generative AI solutions depending on the project.
Requirements
- STEM degree.
- At least 3 years of software development experience with C# and .NET or .NET Core.
- Knowledge of REST API design and use.
- Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
- Knowledge and practical application of software design patterns.
- Ability to use UML to model software architectures and application flows.
- Experience with Git version-control tools.
