Responsibilities
- Advise customers on the fit of Microsoft Dynamics solutions for their environments, infrastructure, functional and non-functional needs, and compliance requirements.
- Lead the architecture and technical design of Dynamics 365 CE Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Power Platform solutions.
- Coordinate with business analysts, subject matter experts, end users, functional leads, developers, and third-party systems to ensure solution designs meet client needs.
- Guide Dynamics developers and product SMEs on project design and delivery.
- Create high-level solution architecture and detailed technical design documentation.
- Support Delivery Lead planning for solution delivery and implementation.
- Provide pre-sales demonstrations and client-facing technical consulting.
Requirements
- Over Senior-level experience in the Microsoft stack as a Technical Consultant or Architect, with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE experience and successful complex Field Service and Customer Service implementations.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and full-lifecycle implementation experience across multiple Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CE versions.
- Experience with data integration, data migration, onsite/offshore delivery models, and third-party system integration.
- Experience with MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library frameworks.
- Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to guide technical and functional project teams.
- Technical experience with SQL Server, SQL Server Reporting Services, FetchXML, .NET Framework, WCF, Web API, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, JavaScript, SQL, C#, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
- TOGAF certification, Agile methodology certification, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM certification—preferably Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Sales MB-210—are desirable.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Power Apps Portal, Field Services, and Customer Insight is desirable.
