Base Salary
$120k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Work closely with customers from onboarding through ongoing use of HappyRobot’s AI platform.
- Build full-stack features and entire MVPs using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python.
- Integrate the platform with third-party systems and manage supporting tools.
- Iterate on LLM prompts and tune voices and transcribers to improve customer use cases.
- Develop technical solutions that maximize customer value and platform adoption.
Requirements
- Experience building AI/ML applications.
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience.
- Comfortable working across React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Ability to manage APIs and other tools for robust integrations with third-party systems.
- Experience with LLM prompting and tuning voices and transcribers.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated independence, ownership, and founder mindset.
