Senior Integration Engineer - Provisioning & Onboarding

Responsibilities
- Expand provisioning automation coverage and convert manual, multi-step processes into documented, testable workflows.
- Connect Salesforce, licensing and entitlement platforms, and product consoles to automate downstream provisioning actions.
- Partner with Product and GTM to prepare and test provisioning workflows for new product launches.
- Scope requirements, prioritize initiatives by revenue, SLA, and customer impact, and drive progress with IT and Engineering partners.
- Support automated tools, scripts, and runbooks used by the Provisioning Operations team and resolve technical blockers.
- Test and monitor automated pipelines, manage exception and approval routing, and maintain entitlement and compliance controls.
- Build reverse and conversion workflows to migrate customers, revoke access, reclaim licenses, and close instances at contract termination.
- Document workflows and exceptions and report automation coverage, time savings, and error rates to leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of provisioning automation experience.
- Experience with provisioning or workflow tooling and automation platforms, including Python, Workato, and Make.
- Experience with provisioning, entitlement or licensing, order management, sales operations, or customer support operations.
- Ability to create documented, testable, automated workflows from manual processes.
- Strong project scoping, prioritization, organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce automation, flows, or integrations.
- Preferred experience in the IT or cybersecurity industry and in SaaS provisioning or onboarding.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and connect technical initiatives to revenue and SLA impact.
