Responsibilities
- Design, develop, customize, and support Salesforce CPQ solutions.
- Configure products, bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, product rules, approvals, and quote templates.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
- Implement and enhance quote-to-cash processes.
- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, billing, and other enterprise systems.
- Gather requirements from business stakeholders and deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployment, and release management.
- Follow Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
Requirements
- 4 to 12 years of experience.
- Strong experience implementing and customizing Salesforce CPQ.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience configuring CPQ products, bundles, pricing methods, discounting, and approvals.
- Knowledge of quote-to-cash business processes.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and sharing mechanisms.
- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
