Base Salary
$130k - $249k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop compelling demo solutions showcasing the Workday Identity platform.
- Prototype Identity Governance use cases enabled by Workday products, tools, and technology.
- Learn new Workday product updates and functionality.
- Deliver enablement and training to Solution Consultant and Enterprise Architect teams.
- Present solutions to internal Workday audiences and external audiences at marketing events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide thought leadership and demo content for the presales community.
- Identify opportunities to improve the operational efficiency and scalability of demo platform solution build and deployment processes.
Requirements
- Senior level requires 4+ years in technical presales, solutions engineering, or identity architecture, or equivalent hands-on IAM/IGA experience.
- Principal level requires 7+ years in technical presales, solutions engineering, or identity architecture, or equivalent hands-on IAM/IGA experience.
- 4+ years for Senior or 7+ years for Principal working with authentication and authorization frameworks, MFA, step-up authentication, conditional access, least privilege, and Zero Trust.
- Knowledge of Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, LDAP, Google Workspace, and on-premises Active Directory.
- Hands-on experience with AWS IAM/IAM Identity Center, GCP IAM, and Azure AD role-based access models, including governance through IGA.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS, Azure, or GCP are valued.
- Comfort with Go, APIs, SDKs, JSON/YAML, scripting, automation, and Terraform or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Strong communication, collaboration, analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, autonomy, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel quarterly for team meetings and presales or sales events.
