Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable GenAI applications using Python.
- Build and optimize RAG solutions covering data ingestion, embeddings, indexing, and vector search.
- Develop AI solutions using Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Implement and maintain LangChain, LangSmith, and related frameworks.
- Collaborate with data, cloud, and business teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions.
- Improve application quality, performance, and reliability.
- Develop APIs, microservices, and reusable AI components.
- Apply software engineering practices involving testing, security, CI/CD, and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- More than three years of hands-on experience developing and implementing GenAI solutions.
- Proven experience designing and deploying RAG-based applications in production environments.
- Strong Python development and software engineering skills.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangSmith, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or other GenAI platforms.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
