$147k - $202k/yr

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, secure full-stack applications for connected services.
Design and develop APIs for mobile applications, third-party developers, and other consumers.
Build frontend experiences using modern JavaScript frameworks, responsive design, state management, and testing frameworks.
Develop backend services, data-processing workflows, and message-queue integrations.
Write clean, documented, and testable code; participate in code reviews and improve engineering standards.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with engineers, designers, and product managers.
Mentor junior developers and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Stay current with full-stack technologies and contribute to the team’s technical growth.

7+ years of professional software development experience focused on full-stack development.
Proficiency with React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, responsive design, Redux or Vuex, and Jest or Cypress.
Strong knowledge of at least one backend language: Golang, Node.js, or Python.
Experience building APIs and familiarity with SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with stream processing, data-processing methods, and message queues such as Kafka, NATS, or RabbitMQ.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies including Scrum or Kanban.
Preferred experience with industrial protocols including OPC UA, EthernetIP, Modbus, or MQTT.
Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
