Responsibilities
- Develop pragmatic, deliverable, and sustainable Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions and roadmaps for client business needs.
- Shape, sell, coordinate, and support the implementation of Copilot propositions with account and cross-functional teams.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Teams Toolkit agents.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Lead client workshops, build project relationships, deliver sales presentations, and respond to RFPs.
- Lead teams of experts and coordinate delivery of high-quality client solutions.
- Contribute to workplace transformation propositions and share Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility practices globally.
Requirements
- Significant experience architecting and supporting the sale of Copilot solutions.
- End-to-end solution design accountability and a track record with $1M+ digital transformation deals demonstrating innovation and value creation.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, including its underlying technology, prompts, agents, implementation, and governance.
- Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
- Experience with low-code and pro-code extensibility models for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Expertise in workplace content and knowledge management, information architecture, content migration, governance, and control.
- Experience developing and transforming content-based solutions for information workers using enterprise workflow and business process automation tools.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with client-facing engagements, solution design, sales support, and team leadership.
