Responsibilities
- Shape, sell, and coordinate delivery of Copilot and agent propositions with account teams.
- Develop solution roadmaps and sustainable Microsoft 365 Copilot solutions for client business needs.
- Support sales efforts through proposals, pitch development, client presentations, and RFP responses.
- Run client workshops, build project relationships, and lead clients toward successful outcomes.
- Design and develop Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot Studio, and Teams Toolkit agents.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using Microsoft 365 products.
- Lead expert teams and collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver solutions.
- Share Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and extensibility practices across Avanade.
Requirements
- Significant experience architecting and supporting the sale of Copilot solutions.
- Experience with workplace content and knowledge management strategy, security, and governance using Microsoft 365.
- End-to-end solution design accountability and a track record with $1M+ digital transformation deals.
- Expertise in information architecture, content migration, governance and control, enterprise workflow, and business process automation.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, its underlying technology, prompts, agents, implementation, and governance.
- Expertise in Copilot Studio, Dataverse, and Power Platform products.
- Experience with low-code and pro-code extensibility models for Microsoft 365 Copilot.
- Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering skills.
- Critical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading client-facing engagements and technical delivery teams.
