Responsibilities
- Understand requirements from product managers and help leads and architects prepare design documents.
- Design, code, test, and deploy Boomi interfaces and Activiti BPM workflows.
- Create Groovy scripts for Boomi integrations and Activiti workflows.
- Create automated test scripts for Boomi iPacks and test integration solutions.
- Develop interfaces and APIs for upstream and downstream applications.
- Own technical delivery for assigned projects within established timelines and quality expectations.
- Work closely with the team and UKG Product Management during implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of industry experience, including 12–18 months of Boomi experience on production projects.
- Experience designing and developing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere platform.
- Experience with Dell Boomi components, connectors, Application Source Qualifier, Mapping Designer, and transformations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP, XML, and web service design.
- Experience creating interfaces for upstream and downstream applications.
- Basic Java programming knowledge.
- Advanced backend Java development, Groovy scripting, Activiti BPM, HCM, Boomi API management, and Boomi external certification are advantageous or highly desired.
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
- Excellent spoken English and written communication skills.
