Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and design, code, and unit test software applications.
- Design and develop applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, Kafka, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Create architecture and design documentation.
- Deliver modules on time with good quality and support software testing, maintenance, and evolution.
- Report status to leads and managers and contribute throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and make timely technical decisions.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or MCA.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in the IT software industry.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot, including its ecosystem, with hands-on microservices application development experience.
- Hands-on object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Knowledge of Kafka, PostgreSQL, SQL, PL/SQL, MySQL, cloud technologies, and Maven.
- Knowledge of Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, Eclipse IDE, and Visual Studio Code.
- Preferred experience with Fiware or IUDX, Docker, Kubernetes, RabbitMQ, short release cycles, full SDLC, Jira, and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
