Responsibilities
- Build and maintain NICE CXone Studio scripts including call flows and IVR.
- Integrate CXone with backend systems through REST APIs and data actions.
- Troubleshoot platform issues using logs and monitoring tools.
- Develop and deploy RESTful microservices using Spring Boot.
- Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit and Mockito.
Requirements
- Advanced-Intermediate proficiency in NICE CXone Studio scripts.
- Strong understanding of ACD, IVR, and omnichannel workflows.
- Experience with REST APIs and backend system integration.
- Advanced proficiency in Java and object-oriented design.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
