Base Salary
$70k - $126k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the architecture, design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Maintain and improve ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, ITAM, CMDB, HAM, and HRSD.
- Gather and document business and system requirements, use cases, implementation plans, SOPs, and system architecture documentation.
- Create and configure Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, workflows, and related platform functionality.
- Support automation workflows, unit testing, release management, production support, system integrations, and product verification before deployment.
- Collaborate with teammates, clients, vendors, technical teams, infrastructure and operations teams, and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Prepare status reports and presentations, maintain project documentation, participate in project meetings, and contribute estimates for smaller features.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1–2 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform or demonstrable foundational knowledge of its architecture and capabilities.
- Exposure to design, development, or support work on a platform or software project.
- Basic familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM concepts and ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and portal development.
- Basic experience or coursework with JavaScript/Glide, HTML5, jQuery, and CSS; AngularJS exposure is a plus.
- Ability to work within an Agile framework, participate in ceremonies, and document progress in ServiceNow.
- ServiceNow certifications, custom-scoped application development, external-system integrations, Now Assist, AI Agents, ITAM, and ITOM expertise are preferred or advantageous.
- Strong communication, organization, teamwork, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
