Responsibilities
- Develop SharePoint Online sites, pages, SPFx web parts, and reusable components using custom coding and out-of-the-box tools.
- Translate business and Drupal requirements into end-to-end SharePoint architecture and solutions.
- Build PowerApps and Power Automate solutions and support Linux-to-SharePoint integrations using scripting, service principal accounts, and Graph API.
- Support content migration, mapping, cleanup, and validation using ShareGate or equivalent tools.
- Conduct code reviews and QA of SPFx and React code, including work produced by other developers.
- Collaborate with business clients and stakeholders through requirements gathering, sprint planning, reviews, and delivery.
- Ensure solutions follow architecture, security, design, ADD, and Section 508 accessibility standards.
- Troubleshoot end-user issues and provide documentation and knowledge transfer to the ADD team.
- Use AI-assisted development tools where appropriate to accelerate development.
Requirements
- US citizenship is required.
- Experience developing SharePoint Online solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SPFx, Handlebars, PowerShell, Bootstrap, Fluent UI, and PnP libraries.
- Experience with SharePoint Online/Microsoft 365, Azure, Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Graph API, and REST/Web Services.
- Working knowledge of Linux file systems and scripting, including integration with SharePoint through service principal accounts and Graph API.
- Experience translating Drupal structures into SharePoint architecture and reusable components.
- Experience with Drupal migration, ShareGate, and Section 508 accessibility delivery is desired.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and communication skills.
- An active or in-process Public Trust clearance is highly recommended, although a clearance is not required.
