Base Salary

$160k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Own and deliver major user-facing product features from start to finish.
Build search and semantic discovery experiences across billions of records.
Design dossier views that assemble complete entity information on demand.
Create real-time collaborative experiences for maps and networks.
Develop AI-powered capabilities with transparent and trustworthy source handling.
Partner with product, design, deployment teams, and users to iterate on solutions.
Write robust, well-tested software and consider latency, interaction design, resilience, and distributed-system scalability.

Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience working with cross-functional software development teams.
Experience shipping and iterating on production-grade user-facing software professionally and/or in the open-source community.
Strong frontend fundamentals in React and TypeScript, with comfort working full-stack.
Understanding of architecting and scaling distributed software systems.
Strong modern software development practices and ability to navigate large codebases.
Ability to synthesize product requests into reliable software components.
Located in San Francisco or Washington, D.C. and open to working in the office.
