Responsibilities
- Design and build software tools, services, and autonomous agents that improve intelligence collection and analysis.
- Build and ship agentic systems into production, including evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and responsible failure handling.
- Collaborate with analysts and researchers to understand workflows and automate appropriate processes.
- Develop software to analyze and interpret cryptocurrency usage behaviors and trends.
- Implement observability mechanisms and run processes to detect and resolve problems in production environments.
Requirements
- Track record of building and shipping production software in a commercial engineering environment.
- Strong coding skills and proficiency in TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React and Nest.js.
- Familiarity with Postgres and Kubernetes.
- Experience with AWS, Terraform, and Datadog.
- Experience using AI-assisted and agentic tooling as part of daily software development, with a demonstrated progression in AI practice.
- Interest in cryptocurrencies and blockchains from technical and economic perspectives.
- Experience integrating disparate systems to improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to make evidence-based arguments, collaborate effectively across distributed teams, and distinguish proof-of-concept work from production-grade software.
