Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and maintain custom software components and Workday integrations.
- Build and maintain complex integrations using Workday Studio and related integration tools.
- Apply integration design patterns, web services, APIs, and data transformation techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, make team-level decisions, and provide solutions across teams.
- Coordinate team communication, support project milestones, mentor team members, and improve development processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
- Expert proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
- Experience with Workday Studio and related integration tools.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise integration design patterns and best practices.
- Familiarity with web services, APIs, and data transformation techniques.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and collaborate across teams.
