Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture roadmaps across Sales, Service, Data 360, and Security.
- Design governance, trust layers, orchestration patterns, and architectural guardrails for Agentforce and AIForce.
- Architect scalable Data 360 foundations including real-time ingestion, identity resolution, data harmonization, and zero-copy integrations.
- Design end-to-end enterprise security architectures covering identity, access management, encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, and data privacy.
- Define secure API and integration patterns using authentication, OAuth, certificates, named credentials, and API governance.
- Own program architecture, design-board interfaces, technical escalations, solution evaluation, and executive stakeholder alignment.
- Coordinate and mentor architects, customers, partners, and colleagues throughout technical delivery.
- Support planning, implementation, pre-sales activities, internal initiatives, and strategic Salesforce programs.
Requirements
- Professional business fluency in German and fluent English are mandatory.
- Proven experience as a Principal, Program, Enterprise, or Technical Architect in complex Salesforce ecosystems.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce Enterprise Security, data protection, governance, Shield, Event Monitoring, and security posture assessments.
- Hands-on architecture experience with Data 360, Agentforce or AIForce, trust-layer controls, multi-agent orchestration, permissions, auditability, and enterprise-scale autonomous agents.
- Mastery of Apex, LWC, event-driven architectures, SSO/OAuth, APIs, API management, CI/CD, MCP, A2A, and object-oriented programming.
- Strong familiarity with the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and relevant architecture patterns.
- Strong presentation, communication, facilitation, collaboration, ownership, and executive influence skills.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain them; Salesforce CTA, System/Application Architect credentials, or equivalent Salesforce enterprise architecture experience are preferred.
- Experience with Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, Google Gemini, AI-assisted developer tools, MuleSoft, API-led connectivity, Tableau, Analytics, Informatica, web services, data modeling, ESB or ETL tools, and large transformation programs is preferred.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Experience with Customer 360, Sales, Service, Data 360, Agentforce, multi-SI programs, Centers of Excellence, Scrum or Agile delivery, and cross-functional virtual teams is preferred.
- Agentblazer Legend 2026 status is preferred.
