Base Salary

$117k - $234k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation systems.
  • Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services, APIs, scripts, tools, and automation pipelines.
  • Develop end-to-end automation frameworks for backend, web, and native mobile platforms.
  • Create and execute functional, integration, regression, and performance testing for large-scale warehouse management and eCommerce applications.
  • Monitor application performance, logs, telemetry, and system health while performing maintenance, debugging, and re-engineering.
  • Track program metrics, report progress, manage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure quality and milestone adherence.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, platform, and cross-functional teams to scale GenAI adoption and improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in full-stack engineering, automation, or quality engineering is requested in the role description.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field, or the stated alternative of 4 years of software engineering experience.
  • Strong experience with Java and Python or similar programming languages.
  • Hands-on experience with REST or GraphQL APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation using RestAssured.
  • Experience with Appium, XCUI Test, Selenium, or Playwright for mobile and web automation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL persistence approaches, system integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
  • Preferred experience includes building or integrating GenAI applications, agents, or workflows; designing automation frameworks; working with large-scale eCommerce, retail, or customer-facing systems; and applying quality engineering, test strategy, and defect management principles.
  • A master's degree and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility practices are preferred.
