Base Salary

$160k - $220k/yr

Responsibilities

Build and evolve machine learning models and analytical systems for platform decisioning.
Establish data and machine learning practices across the company.
Define and evolve core metrics for platform health, performance, and risk.
Explore transaction and behavioral data to uncover insights.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations to solve open-ended problems.
Design evaluation and improvement processes for models and data systems.
Create internal workflows and tooling for operational and product teams.
Help shape Coinflow’s long-term data and machine learning roadmap.

4+ years of experience in machine learning or applied data science.
Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and analytical problem solving.
Experience building models or data-driven systems for real products.
Comfort with ambiguous problems and creating structure.
Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.
High ownership mindset and curiosity about real-world data.
