Responsibilities
- Build hands-on prototypes and proofs of concept in customer sandbox environments using AWS AI services and infrastructure-as-code tools.
- Implement and validate agentic identity, prompt-injection defense, AI lifecycle governance, guardrail, audit, and evidence patterns against customer data and risk models.
- Stay engaged through implementation, revising designs based on customer environment findings.
- Partner with Bedrock, AgentCore, and SageMaker service teams to communicate field requirements and shape product direction.
- Translate service-team roadmaps into reusable field guidance and enablement.
- Create reference architectures, working code, technical patterns, blog posts, and workshops for customers and peers.
- Feed customer feedback, threat developments, and regulatory requirements into product feature requests and field guidance.
- Mentor Solutions Architects and the wider field community in Secure AI practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, or consulting on applications and infrastructures.
- 10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting experience in the software or Internet industries.
- Preferred: 5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture, and networking experience.
- Preferred: experience in relevant technology domains including software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, or data and analytics.
- Preferred: knowledge and skills in securing generative AI applications.
