Responsibilities

Serve as the Automation Anywhere subject-matter expert for system architecture, solution design, platform configuration, and security management.
Design and lead scalable, secure robotic process automation solutions that connect business needs with technical infrastructure.
Lead technical solution design and ensure architecture, development, security, and best-practice standards are followed.
Develop automation blueprints, Process Definition Documents, and Solution Design Documents.
Coordinate with engineering, architecture, enterprise architecture, integration, Center of Excellence, and business stakeholders.
Manage end-to-end Scrum activities, including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and planning.
Work with support teams to resolve production issues.
Establish development, coding, and governance standards for reliable and maintainable bot performance.
Assess industry trends and recommend innovative technology solutions.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field, or relevant applied experience in technology.
At least 5 years of experience implementing enterprise information technology projects.
At least 4 years of experience with Automation Anywhere architecture, bot development, Control Room setup, and best practices.
Strong understanding of Power Platform components, including Power Automate, AI Builder, and Dataverse.
Solid programming fundamentals, preferably Python.
Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud environments.
Experience with SQL or equivalent database management systems.
Desired experience integrating process-automation solutions with SAP ECC, SAP BW, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and Salesforce.
Familiarity with cognitive automation, machine learning, and emerging technologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder-engagement, collaboration, analytical, and customer-service skills.
