Responsibilities

- Debug model failures and system issues using production signals.
- Iterate quickly by shipping, measuring outcomes, and refining solutions.
- Mentor and review the work of other ML engineers.
- Work under production constraints such as latency, cost, and reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping ML systems used by real users.
- Understanding of modern ML model behavior in production.
- Ability to write production-quality code and think in systems.
