Responsibilities
- Utilize incident management processes and tools to generate reports and take corrective actions.
- Debug complex application systems to resolve business-impacting issues.
- Follow standards and best practices to enhance operational efficiencies and system stability.
- Implement continuous delivery practices to support and deliver high-quality software.
- Use logging techniques for monitoring and identifying root causes of incidents.
- Deploy and run software using DevOps tools and practices.
- Mentor less experienced peers through technical knowledge and leadership.
- Apply the latest technology trends to solve client problems.
Requirements
- Experience with programming languages such as Java or .Net.
- Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Powershell.
- Strong debugging and triaging skills.
- Experience with relational databases like MS SQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Knowledge of application monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, or Grafana.
- Comfort with Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
