Responsibilities
- Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to acquire, process, and manage data for AI/ML model integration.
- Design and implement scalable enterprise-grade data pipelines supporting AI/ML models.
- Debug, optimize, fine-tune, and evaluate machine learning and large language models.
- Build scalable LLM inference architectures using GPU memory optimization, quantization, and knowledge distillation.
- Develop prompt engineering, semantic retrieval, RAG, chatbot, recommendation, translation, and NLP solutions.
- Implement text classification, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, feature engineering, embedding optimization, and dimensionality reduction.
- Research and integrate new AI methodologies and frameworks for healthcare-specific applications.
- Support model deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, performance improvement, and security.
- Mentor team members and coordinate ML experiments and deployments with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- B.E. or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
- 10–14 years of programming experience, including experience with Python, GenAI, ML, LLMs, and CI/CD.
- Advanced Python proficiency with NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, prompt engineering, LLM serving, vLLM, FastAPI, model quantization, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with Go or Rust, microservices, test-driven development, and concurrency processing.
- Strong knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, and network security for ML systems.
- Understanding of statistics, probability, linear algebra, optimization, ML/LLM development lifecycles, fine-tuning, evaluation, A/B testing, experimental design, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience with RAG systems, semantic search, MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong analytical, communication, collaboration, business translation, project coordination, and mentoring skills.
- US healthcare background is required.
