Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of production-grade ML workloads on the Databricks platform.
- Provide advanced technical support to Solution Architects during the technical sales cycle.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers developing GenAI solutions.
- Drive community growth and platform adoption through thought leadership activities.
Requirements
- Experienced in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Data Engineering.
- Pre-sales or post-sales experience with external clients across various industries.
- Hands-on industry ML experience in cloud infrastructure or natural language processing.
- Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Preferred: 2+ years customer-facing experience in a pre-sales or post-sales role.
- Preferred: Experience with Apache Spark to process large-scale datasets.
- Ability to meet expectations for technical training within 3 months of hire.
- Willingness to travel up to 30% when needed.
