Responsibilities
- Analyze client requirements and convert them into feasible software designs.
- Design, develop, test, debug, modify, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications.
- Automate software validation by designing and executing test cases, scenarios, and usage cases.
- Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot system issues, and improve software performance and availability.
- Prepare code, technical documentation, flowcharts, reports, project status updates, and implementation records.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, clients, and stakeholders.
- Support continuous integration, deployment, monitoring, quality assurance, customer satisfaction, and on-time delivery.
- Capture client requirements and feedback, respond to customer requests, and maintain professional customer communications.
- Participate in continuing education, training, and certification activities to remain current with programming best practices.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in GenAI Consulting for Apps & Infra.
- Experience designing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining software solutions.
- Ability to analyze requirements, software flows, data usage, work processes, and system issues.
- Ability to develop automated software validation processes and execute test scenarios.
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, reports, diagrams, code comments, and replication details.
- Ability to collaborate with clients, project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, and engineering staff.
- Strong focus on software quality, customer service, troubleshooting, reporting, and on-time delivery.
