Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and technical roadmap for the Icertis CLM platform through the October 2026 go-live and ongoing production operations.
- Design, build, test, and deploy integrations between Icertis and SAP ECC/S/4HANA, SAP MDG, Azure AD, Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365, Adobe Sign, and downstream ERP and finance systems.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, data and metadata models, API contracts, and contract ingestion and lifecycle mappings.
- Implement integration patterns using middleware, APIs, message queues, or batch ETL, including error handling and reconciliation strategies.
- Design and operate CI/CD pipelines, environment provisioning, containerization, AKS deployments, and infrastructure as code using Terraform, ARM, and Bicep.
- Define and enforce governance for security, RBAC, data protection, audit trails, and change control.
- Lead UAT, integration testing, go-live cutover planning and execution, rollback planning, and runbook creation.
- Provide L2/L3 post-go-live support, lead incident response and root-cause analysis, and drive remediation to reduce MTTR.
- Mentor developer and administrator teams, review designs and code, and establish standards for configuration, customization, and documentation.
- Partner with Legal, Procurement, Sales, and supplier/customer stakeholders to align the solution with CLM business processes.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with CLM, Icertis architecture, development, and support.
- Icertis Administrator and Architect certifications.
- Proven experience delivering global implementations integrating with HCM, SAP MDG, SSO/IAM, Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and Adobe e-signature solutions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to recommend and advocate for solutions, manage stakeholder expectations, and work with business stakeholders.
- Working experience with ITIL and Agile project methodology.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule across global time zones, primarily US-based time zones.
