Responsibilities
- Own embedded software development projects and deliver defined scope within agreed timelines and quality KPIs.
- Provide technical solutioning, stakeholder management, project planning, and project execution.
- Gather and specify software requirements.
- Create and document high-level and low-level software designs.
- Architect, design, and develop embedded software according to defined requirements.
- Perform software integration and testing.
- Lead and coach the engineering team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- At least 8 years of extensive experience in embedded systems software design, development, and testing.
- Strong knowledge of Embedded C, electronics, RTOS, microcontrollers, CAN communication, UDS, KWP2000, CANopen, J1939, MISRA standards, software architecture, design methodologies, and software testing.
- Experience with static analysis, requirements management, change management, version control, and traceability tools.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Preferred knowledge of functional safety lifecycles and standards including IEC-61508, ISO-26262, ISO-25119, and ISO-13849.
