Base Salary

$135k - $175k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Develop modular and agile autonomy capabilities for diverse defense problems.
  • Integrate and deploy autonomy solutions onto embedded Linux and other hardware platforms.
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and software issues for high reliability.
  • Collaborate with autonomy engineers to integrate software with aircraft autopilots and sensors.
  • Support live flight tests of autonomy software on unmanned aerial vehicles.
  • Work with third-party UAS vendors to integrate autonomy software onto OEM hardware.
  • Conduct system-level setup, testing, and validation, including SIL and HIL evaluations.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Robotics, Computer Science, or related engineering field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with robotic systems.
  • Proficiency in C++ programming language.
  • Experience with Pixhawk autopilots and communication protocols.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Linux-based operating systems, and Git.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for on-site integration and demonstrations.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a U.S. security clearance.
