Responsibilities
- Define the technical roadmap for communications infrastructure.
- Plan investments and understand customer needs.
- Investigate design directions and new technologies.
- Write development plans covering core design, unit tests, and telemetry.
- Implement, validate, stabilize, and check in features.
- Monitor production telemetry and help diagnose service health issues and outages.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field and 4+ years of technical engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in languages including C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Preferred experience includes native-code C++, end-to-end feature ownership, large group-wide deliverables, post-mortem debugging, and 7+ years of relevant high-tech industry experience.
- Strong customer focus, collaboration, design thinking, learnability on the AI stack, and ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
