Responsibilities
- Set and communicate frontend architecture vision across multiple platform teams.
- Lead shared UI infrastructure, design-system components, and Micro Frontend integration using React, TypeScript, and PrimeReact.
- Collaborate with Staff and Principal Engineers, product teams, UX, and engineering leadership on scalable frontend capabilities.
- Guide accessibility, performance, test automation, maintainability, and responsive design practices.
- Drive architectural reviews, pair programming, mentoring, and hands-on frontend development.
- Evolve CI/CD workflows, component versioning strategies, documentation processes, and frontend build tooling.
- Improve frontend performance through lazy loading, code splitting, asset optimization, and telemetry.
- Define UI testing standards covering unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Mentor senior and mid-level engineers and strengthen technical leadership across the team.
- Lead initiatives involving AI-enhanced UI/UX, smart components, generative layouts, and adaptive interfaces.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of professional frontend development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or lead engineer role.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React.
- Deep experience building and managing shared design systems with frameworks such as PrimeReact, Material UI, Bootstrap, or Tailwind.
- Strong knowledge of semantic HTML, modern CSS, CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS, and responsive UI design.
- Experience implementing Micro Frontend architectures or modular UI strategies in large-scale systems.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, asynchronous programming, and streaming updates.
- Experience with frontend performance profiling and cross-browser testing strategies.
- Deep knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, frontend build tooling such as Vite or Webpack, and testing frameworks.
- Preferred experience with .NET or backend technologies such as Node.js or Python.
- Understanding of UX principles and design-system governance.
- Experience with AI-driven UI/UX, chatbot integration, recommendation engines, personalization, or adaptive layouts.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
