Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance software solutions in distributed architecture environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives and client needs.
- Implement real-time and asynchronous systems using event-driven architecture.
- Apply software development and engineering best practices to ensure operational excellence.
- Present technical concepts and project updates clearly to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience, ideally in FinTech.
- Strong coding and design skills with a solid understanding of software development principles.
- Deep expertise in AWS, GCP, or Azure and distributed architecture.
- Experience with real-time systems, event-driven architecture, and large-scale engineering environments.
- Proficiency in Java and familiarity with JMS, Kafka, or MQ.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience includes Front Office, OEMS, PMS, and asset management systems at scale.
- Bonus qualifications include BigTech experience, Groovy, Bash, Python, and knowledge of GenAI or AI technologies.
