Responsibilities
- Develop quality Angular and React frontend code with unit specifications and documentation.
- Implement responsive features focused on design quality, performance, scalability, and browser compatibility.
- Analyze and optimize frontend performance while addressing complex business logic and scalability challenges.
- Participate in feature discussions, code reviews, design reviews, pair programming, and architecture discussions.
- Ensure code is deployed successfully and operates properly in production.
- Motivate and educate team members on coding standards and engineering best practices.
- Contribute to product decisions, feature design, and broader company development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Angular experience, including AngularJS and Angular 2+.
- Experience with state management libraries such as Redux.
- Desire to learn and become proficient with Angular 18 or 19.
- Comfort writing frontend unit tests.
- Experience with frontend performance analysis and optimization.
- Strong attention to detail when implementing designs.
- Self-motivation, conscientiousness, and strong communication skills.
- A degree in computer science or a related field is preferred but not required.
- CoffeeScript and webpack experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS experience is a bonus.
