Responsibilities

Develop and rapidly prototype AI-based digital-twin and agentic AI solutions for telecom workflows.
Build and maintain AI prototypes and MVPs using cloud platforms and on-premises infrastructure.
Translate telecom network architectures and business needs into scalable AI solutions.
Design and implement pipelines for structured and unstructured telecom data.
Apply best practices for model evaluation, validation, explainability, and monitoring.
Stay current with AI/ML, Generative AI, Telecom AI, open-source, and industry developments.
Develop heterogeneous systems integrating hardware instruments and monitoring systems with cloud-based AI.
Own AI and ML solutions through the complete lifecycle from concept to deployment.

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience successfully shipping AI solutions from concept through deployment.
Demonstrable experience developing Generative AI applications, including agent-based architectures.
Strong Python programming skills.
Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Experience curating datasets and fine-tuning LLMs.
Experience with LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, or similar Generative AI and agentic AI technologies.
Experience with complete MLOps workflows, including data processing, training infrastructure, and deployment infrastructure.
Basic telecom knowledge, including RF network architectures, protocols, or telecom-specific data types, is preferred.
Experience with telecom network optimization, anomaly detection, or predictive analysis is preferred.
Knowledge of RF planning, network slicing, Open RAN, or OSS/BSS systems is preferred.
Knowledge of data engineering technologies such as Kafka and Spark Streaming is preferred.
Contributions to open-source AI projects or active participation in AI communities are preferred.
