Base Salary
$120k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications and backend services.
- Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes.
- Collaborate with product managers to automate manual workflows.
- Work with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems.
- Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale.
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems.
- Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end.
- Ability to lead projects independently from design to deployment.
- Experience scaling production systems and debugging real-world issues.
- Curiosity about applied AI and eagerness to deepen expertise.
- Strong focus on clean code, reliability, and production readiness.
