Base Salary
$135k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deploy AtomEngine into live military training environments, including classified systems.
- Work directly with customers on-site to understand their needs and ensure successful deployments.
- Configure and extend features and operational scenarios through AtomEngine tooling.
- Support integration and troubleshoot connectivity issues between AtomEngine and partner systems.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during high-visibility exercises.
- Identify and implement improvements from the enhancement backlog.
- Explain technical concepts clearly to military stakeholders and internal teams.
- Translate real-world friction into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering.
- Improve documentation and repeatability for scalable deployments.
- Travel at least 50% of the time to customer sites.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or a customer-facing engineering role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, Python, or similar.
- Experience troubleshooting software systems and integrations.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
- Prior military experience is preferred.
- Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
