Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and relationship management for existing enterprise customers across Turkey and EMEA.
- Partner with Sales and Solutions teams on pre-sales technical discussions, solution design, API consultations, and product demonstrations.
- Guide new enterprise customers through API integration, implementation, onboarding, and platform adoption.
- Translate Turkish business and technical requirements into clear specifications for global product and engineering teams.
- Own end-to-end Solutions engagements, including discovery calls, solution validation, RFPs, security questionnaires, demo strategy, and execution.
- Create technical support materials and documentation, including Turkish-language collateral where needed.
- Coordinate with local regulators, vendors, partners, compliance teams, and operations teams regarding regional requirements.
- Work with Product and Engineering to test and roll out new features to enterprise partners.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise or B2B customers in technical, sales engineering, or solutions engineering roles, ideally at API- or SaaS-first companies.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, SDKs, and software integration workflows, with hands-on experience using APIs, WebSockets, Postman, Grafana, and JSON.
- Native or business-level Turkish and excellent customer communication skills, with an understanding of Turkish business culture.
- Business-level English for collaboration with global cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, understandable terms and manage multiple assignments independently.
- Preferred experience includes fintech, capital markets, brokerage, financial APIs, broker-dealers, securities firms, brokerage operations, post-trade and settlement operations, or regulatory contexts.
- Preferred qualifications include enterprise deal support, US securities qualifications such as SIE or Series 7, and familiarity with Metabase, FIX, OpenAPI, ReadMe, and technical documentation.
