Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing for Salesforce projects.
- Analyze, design, implement, and execute test cases.
- Own QA delivery and maintain high-quality testing outcomes.
- Use AI tools for QA tasks.
- Coordinate with development, configuration management, program management, product management, and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate concise project status updates to senior management.
- Define risks, contingencies, and mitigation plans.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience in manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce technology.
- Experience with test design and QA delivery.
- Experience using AI tools for QA tasks.
- Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar project management and issue-tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certification, Salesforce automation testing certification, Salesforce Administrator certification, or exposure to Salesforce business analysis is preferred.
