Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable software solutions using ReactJS and Golang.
- Own complex features from design through implementation and operational support.
- Build maintainable and reusable components for the Access Control Platform.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX, and engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and code reviews.
- Troubleshoot complex technical challenges across systems and teams.
- Improve software quality through automated testing, performance optimization, and coding standards.
- Mentor engineers through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge sharing.
- Contribute to development-process improvements, system reliability, engineering best practices, and incident resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of professional software development experience building and delivering scalable, production-grade applications.
- Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS and Golang.
- Understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and modern development practices.
- Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting cloud-native or distributed systems.
- Proficiency in code reviews, debugging, performance optimization, and automated testing.
- Experience participating in technical design and architecture discussions.
- Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and promoting engineering best practices is preferred.
- Background checks are required, and the role may require authorization to access technology controlled under U.S. export control laws.
