Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, code reviews, design guidance, and engineering standards for RMF applications.
- Own end-to-end architecture for full-stack and integration solutions, including API contracts, data flows, service boundaries, and architecture decision records.
- Design, develop, test, and support backend services, REST APIs, integration components, and full-stack applications.
- Build responsive Angular user interfaces using TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Develop and operate cloud-hosted applications using Microsoft Azure PaaS services and support deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production operations.
- Create unit, integration, and regression tests and apply secure, maintainable, scalable, and resilient engineering practices.
- Lead technical discovery, estimation, risk assessment, modernization, technical debt reduction, and root cause analysis for complex initiatives.
- Collaborate with product owners, architects, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery.
- Use approved generative AI and enterprise engineering tools responsibly to support development, testing, documentation, and productivity.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expert hands-on experience with C#, .NET Core/.NET, ASP.NET Web API, and full-stack application development.
- Strong experience with Angular, TypeScript, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS/SCSS.
- Experience building cloud-native applications with Microsoft Azure PaaS services.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, backend services, system integration, and SQL-based data access.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, SOLID principles, dependency injection, object-oriented programming, asynchronous programming, debugging, source control, and testing.
- Experience with Git and Azure DevOps Pipelines for source control, CI/CD, and release automation.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments and leading design reviews, code reviews, and technical decisions.
- Proven ability to own enterprise solution and integration architecture, mentor engineers, engage senior stakeholders, and communicate technical trade-offs.
- Awareness of Python, generative AI concepts, and data engineering fundamentals is expected where relevant.
