Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced analytics and optimization frameworks for the Financing Hub platform.
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, external vendors, and partners to deliver products successfully.
- Prototype and iterate on solutions with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations, manage proofs of concept, and serve as a subject matter expert for clients and prospects.
- Maintain governance and risk-management standards throughout solution development.
- Represent State Street at industry conferences and events and promote platform capabilities and thought leadership.
- Foster a collaborative and professional team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
- At least 5 years of experience in quantitative, analytical, or technology roles within the financial services sector.
- Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience developing insights and dashboards using business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
- Preferred experience in securities financing, including securities lending and borrowing, repo, and collateral management.
- Background working with analytics and execution platforms.
- Experience leading and collaborating with Agile teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, time management, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
