Base Salary
$80k - $100k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect and deliver AWS Landing Zone extensions, multi-account and organizational-unit strategies, Control Tower/Landing Zone Accelerator configurations, and multi-region environments.
- Design, develop, and deploy production-grade Terraform modules for KMS, S3, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, WAF, and compliance controls.
- Lead Terraform provider upgrades, state management, CI/CD pipeline validation, and Landing Zone production release cycles.
- Design multi-region disaster recovery using warm-standby, active-passive, and automated failover patterns for Tier 1 applications.
- Own the Landing Zone work breakdown structure, sprint planning, and delivery schedule.
- Collaborate with customer architects on technical decisions, code reviews, workshops, and production deployments.
- Lead technical delivery and present solutions to customer leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in cloud computing, computer science, information technology, or network engineering, or a master’s degree in computer science.
- Expert-level Terraform experience, including module design, state migration, provider versioning, and CI/CD validation.
- Deep AWS networking experience with VPC, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, Route 53, and cross-region routing.
- Experience with cloud security architecture, including KMS, IAM, service control policies, compliance-as-code, CSPM, and Wiz integration.
- Experience designing multi-region disaster recovery, including RPO/RTO classification and failover patterns.
- Experience with production change management in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
- AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification and Tier 1 financial services experience are required or strongly emphasized.
- VMware/EVS and Landing Zone Accelerator familiarity are preferred.
- Strong stakeholder communication, workshop facilitation, executive presentation, client relations, and people leadership skills are required.
- English proficiency at C2 level is required.
