Base Salary
$143k - $168k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end development lifecycle for new features within Salesforce Service Cloud and Zendesk.
- Choose the right tool for the job, whether it's a declarative change, custom Apex/code, or leveraging a 3rd party application.
- Collaborate with business systems analysts to translate requirements into maintainable, performant, and scalable technical solutions.
- Design and maintain AI-driven solutions to enhance agent workflows and customer experience.
- Partner with cross-functional engineers to architect new features and ensure seamless integration.
- Maintain a customer-centric and data-driven approach, monitoring feature performance and troubleshooting issues.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with a proven track record on the Service Cloud platform.
- Experience with Zendesk development is a significant plus.
- Strong command of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) within an Agile environment.
- Expertise in DevOps processes and technology.
- Ability to tackle complex problems with persistence and creativity.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and technologies.
