Responsibilities
- Talk with customers, understand their needs, and help shape product direction.
- Build and own end-to-end features across data models, AI behavior, backend services, and user interfaces.
- Create interfaces for setting goals and working with AI agents, including progress visibility and approval steps.
- Ship software, learn from real-world usage, and improve product speed and reliability.
- Experiment with AI engineering tools and improve internal workflows.
Requirements
- Approximately 1 to 10 years of experience, with scope aligned to mid, senior, or staff level.
- Professional, hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend development.
- Practical experience building with large language models and strong frontend, backend, and database engineering fundamentals.
- Experience shipping software to real users, learning from post-launch results, and owning features end to end.
- Experience at a startup or small company.
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, and Python.
Benefits
- Annual salary range of €90,000 to €140,000.
- On-site role in Berlin, Germany; candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
