Base Salary
$66k - $102k/yr
Responsibilities
- Document assigned business requirements and facilitate application design discussions.
- Participate in coding, feature integration, code reviews, codebase changes, and repository maintenance.
- Implement test strategies, analyze results, coordinate bug fixes, and support software quality.
- Develop user training programs, documentation, and support frameworks.
- Resolve production issues and recommend preventive strategies to improve reliability.
- Maintain records of code, testing techniques, and support activities.
- Design end-to-end Contact Center as a Service solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Bedrock.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or qualifying progressive specialty experience in lieu of education.
- Experience designing end-to-end Contact Center as a Service solutions using Amazon Connect, Lex, and Bedrock.
- Preferred experience with conversational AI solutions using Amazon Lex, Lambda, and related AWS services.
- Ability to participate across the software development lifecycle, translate requirements into development tasks, and perform hands-on coding and integration.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, including cross-functional teamwork.
