Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack features with analyst-facing frontends, backend APIs, and Java or Python microservices.
- Implement and optimize advanced RAG pipelines and stateful multi-agent workflows using agentic AI frameworks and AWS Bedrock.
- Create automated offline and online evaluation suites and benchmark harnesses for relevance, groundedness, and hallucination reduction.
- Deploy and integrate AI components with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, IAM, and API Gateway.
- Monitor model and service performance, conduct distributed tracing and root-cause analysis, support production incidents, and optimize token and resource consumption.
- Write unit and integration tests, participate in code reviews, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and document integration patterns and data models.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams in Agile sprints to translate research requirements into technical deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Java or Python and modern full-stack web technologies such as React, TypeScript, FastAPI, or Spring Boot.
- Experience building Gen AI applications with Google ADK, LangGraph, or equivalent agentic frameworks, vector databases, and AWS Bedrock.
- Experience implementing evaluation pipelines and prompt testing with Braintrust, AgentCore Eval, equivalent technologies, or custom benchmark harnesses.
- Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
- Knowledge of automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation.
- Preferred qualifications include financial-domain exposure, investment research or enterprise content-authoring experience, token optimization and prompt-caching knowledge, guardrail-framework familiarity, and experience with asynchronous or event-driven Java and Python microservices.
