Base Salary
$168k - $270k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and expand relationships with technical champions in strategic accounts.
- Partner with Major Account Managers to implement national account plans.
- Manage complex sales processes involving multi-product solutions.
- Leverage relationships to influence buying groups and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Ensure customer outcomes are realized post-sale and support future sales efforts.
- Translate account goals into technical deliverables, including solution design.
- Advocate for customer needs within Commvault's product and engineering teams.
- Coordinate and lead technical workshops, demos, and business reviews.
- Support competitive sales motions by identifying differentiation.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solution Architect.
- 5+ years of experience working with major or global accounts.
- Strong experience in running competitive PoCs/PoVs.
- Advanced understanding of cyber resilience and cloud platforms.
- Ability to operate as a self-starter in customer accounts.
- Experience in preparing and delivering technical presentations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel to customers up to 50%.
