Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build AI-powered product experiences.
- Develop systems for chat, remediations, and codefixes to help users resolve production issues.
- Work on prompts, evaluation loops, and backend systems for reliable AI workflows.
- Prototype quickly and iterate to ship new product capabilities.
- Build infrastructure to connect AI outputs to operational remediations and code changes.
- Collaborate with partner teams to expand remediation capabilities and integrate systems.
- Stay updated on LLM prompting and applied AI product development.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in backend engineering.
- Strong skills in building production systems, preferably in Go or similar languages.
- Experience with LLM-based systems and prompt engineering.
- Ability to improve quality through experimentation and feedback.
- Strong engineering fundamentals for productionizing AI features.
- Comfortable in fast-moving environments with high ambiguity.
- Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools in workflows.
