Associate Software Engineer - Test Automation

Responsibilities
- Learn and understand the features of the Veeva Vault platform and its applications.
- Perform automation feasibility analysis for assigned test cases.
- Develop and maintain automated API and UI test scripts.
- Work daily with Git, Jenkins, and JIRA.
- Communicate project status and collaborate with onshore managers and team leads.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in software test automation.
- Strong knowledge of Java and object-oriented methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a similar field.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies and experience working in an onshore/offshore model.
- Effective communication skills.
- Familiarity with automated UI test frameworks such as Selenium and Cucumber is preferred.
- Experience in the life sciences or healthcare industry and with product-based companies is preferred.
- Participation in code hackathons or open-source community activities is preferred.
- Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools including Git, Jenkins, and JIRA is preferred.
